🔘 All orders are on pre-booking basis. Once booked, delivery will be after 25 days.

🔘 Delivery might be delayed in case of situations that are out of our control like delay in delivery by our vendors due to parcel stuck in customs, heavy rains, lockdown in India etc. No cancellation of order on this basis.

🔘 Once order booking is confirmed, there will be no cancellation.

🔘 50% advance payment.

🔘 Free delivery for Orders above 50 BD. Orders less then 50 BD, either customer to pick up or 1 BD delivery charge.

🔘 There can be minor variation in colour/shade between the image on screen and actual product due to difference in screen resolution or settings. No exchange or refund on this basis.

🔘 Removable stain on fabric, small thread pulls, missing thread in handloom sarees are not considered as defect. No exchange or refund on this basis.

🔘 Please confirm the size, shade, fabric and any other details while placing order.
